Challenges of the Use of the Tics in the Normal Schools in Mexico / Recrea

This is related to the teaching and learning experiences of English based on the foundations of the research project Networks of Communities for the Renewal of Teaching - Learning in Higher Education (RECREA); study carried out in a group of the Degree in Primary Education of the Benemerito Normal Institute of the State (BINE) institution dedicated to train teachers in Puebla Mexico. The study considers principles of complex thinking, skills development, socio-constructivist theory and the use of Learning and Communication Technologies (TAC) using the Instructional model; In addition, the qualitative research methodology and the design of the action research by posing how do you develop the skills to improve and the level of English in the Normal School? How does the use of ICTs impact on the learning of English in Normal School students? So some important preliminary results are presented.
